One more recognition to close the book of 2016. Dexon Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd is proud to be awarded as one of The SME 100 Malaysia Awards Fast Moving Companies 2016. The award was presented by Dato’ Othman Aziz, Malaysia Deputy Finance Minister, to Dexon Managing Director, Ir Dexter Goh, on Friday 9th December 2016 at Grand Ballroom Palace of the Golden Horses.
The SME100 Awards is a premier regional award for small and medium enterprises. Each year, The SME100 Awards choose the top 100 SME companies based on quantitative and qualitative criteria. The quantitative criteria are net operating profit before tax, annual turnover, growth in operating profit, growth in turnover, return on assets, export revenue/turnover, and investment in capital/training and research development. Meanwhile, the qualitative criteria are management outlook, major innovations, market presence and market share, information technology usage, corporate social responsibility activities, and export activities. Until today, The SME100 Awards is annually being held in Malaysia and Singapore.
The SME100 Awards is the third award Dexon received in the year of 2016. “What a sweet gift to cap off 2016. Being as one of the awardees is actually recognition to all Dexonians since everyone gives their best effort to strive for excellence,” said Dexter Goh. In consequence of this award, Mr Goh added that the whole Dexon family is ready to welcome 2017 with more spirit and passion to strive for excellence.
